Order Replacements
At Irha Laptop, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you encounter any issues with your purchase, our customer support team is here to assist you. You can reach out to us via phone, email, online support, or WhatsApp.
Quality Assurance:
All products undergo rigorous inspection by our Quality Control Department before leaving the warehouse to ensure they are damage-free and functioning properly.
Replacement Policy:
We offer a 7-day replacement policy under the following conditions:
- Physical Damage: If the product has any physical damage, notify us immediately on the same day of shipment for a replacement.
- Defective Products: Products with manufacturing defects will be replaced with an identical model.
- Wrong Product: If you receive a different product than ordered, inform us within 7 days. Shipment costs for both sides are the buyer’s responsibility.
Non-Replaceable Products:
- Used Products: We do not deal in used products; hence, replacements or returns for used products are not entertained.
- Sealed Products: Company-sealed products like Apple MacBooks and Microsoft Surface cannot be replaced or returned.
Important Notes:
- Shipment Responsibility: If you disagree to accept the product at delivery, a deduction of 10-40% of the total amount will be made.
- Timely Notification: Notify us of any body, screen, or condition issues within 2 days of purchase. These will not be entertained beyond the 2-day period within the 7-day policy.
- Re-Check Specifications: Verify product specifications on the manufacturer’s website to ensure a smooth buying process.
- Professional Photos: Product images on our website are professionally captured and may vary slightly from the actual product.
Warranty Claims
International Warranty:
- Limitations: Irha Laptop is not liable for international warranty claims. The 1st invoice of international items is unavailable due to multiple sales transactions before reaching Pakistan.
- Warranty Duration: Transit time affects the warranty duration, for which we hold no responsibility.
Local Warranty:
- Contact Service Centers: For local warranty claims, contact the local service center directly. Ensure you receive a warranty card and invoice upon delivery.
