1. Ordering and Payment

  • You can purchase from us by placing your order on our website.  Once you have selected your desired product, you can confirm your order by giving the necessary information and completing the online purchase.

  • You can also buy from us by visiting our store in Karachi.

If you choose to order online, we accept online payments and cash on delivery. When you are buying from our outlet, we accept cash payments. You can also choose to pay digitally via EasyPaisa / JazzCash or transfer funds online via online bank transfer.

2. Shipping and Delivery

Right now, we are not offering international shipping. We have our store in Karachi and we make deliveries to all the cities in Pakistan but not out of Pakistan.

We strive to make the ordering and delivery process as simple as possible for our customers. To track your order, you can always Call or WhatsApp us at +92-346-2816454.

Always confirm your exact address before the delivery is dispatched for a seamless experience. A wrong address means a hassle for both, you and us. Once the order is dispatched from our inventory, the customer cannot change the given address. Please make sure that you are giving the correct address while completing the ordering process. In case of a typo, please inform us as soon as possible.

3. Returns and Refunds

As we deal in tech products, once the item is sold, we cannot return or exchange it. The brand-new laptops and other gadgets cannot be returned once they are sold. However, there are exceptions for products that have a manufacturing fault and we can help you in claiming the warranty.

4. Product Information

Yes, we offer weekly & monthly deals on our website. In fact, every special occasion calls for a special discount. We are glad that a good majority of our customers benefit from those promotions and discounts and will continue to bring exciting deals, discounts, and promotions in the future.

5. Account and Privacy

Yes absolutely, our customer’s safety is our highest priority. We will always maintain your confidentiality. Whatever information you share with us is safe within our system. Every email address shared with Irha laptop generates a new customer profile through an automated system. Your name, number, and address are saved under that profile for your convenience. Rest assured, your information will never be shared with a third party.
