HP 15s EQ2322au Ryzen 5 Laptop in Pakistan

Continuing its long-known legacy of capable business-focused laptops, HP introduces the HP 15s EQ2322au to its lineup. This model now features the AMD Ryzen 5000 series of chips, providing enhanced performance while consuming less power.

Design

The design is kept unchanged, which allows it to sustain the qualities that the previous one had, like being easily moveable from one point to the other all thanks to being extremely light. This is due to the lightweight plastic used in the construction of chassis.

AMD Ryzen 5000 Series Processor

Providing all the potential power required by the notebook to function at its best is the AMD Ryzen 5500 processor that belongs to the U family of chips from this iteration which is based on the Zen 2 architecture.

The unit comes jam-packed with incredible features like 6 cores, and 12 threads, with an L3 cache of 8 MB. This allows the device to ace through multicore applications even if they require a multithreaded processor, to ensure the capability of the system that it can somehow handle any modern-day task you throw at it.

Currently, in this state, it is initially clocked at a base clock frequency of 2.1 GHz, which is overclockable to a max clock frequency of 4.0 GHz. This enables it to handle applications that it finds difficult to process initially, at a TDP of 15 to 25 watts.

The AMD Radeon RX Vega 7 is integrated for graphical processing, it comes enabled as AMD Radeon Graphics, which enables the 5600 to also handle graphics-associated tasks, flawlessly. It can also make the HP 15 EQ2322au handle 4k display output at a refresh rate of 60Hz.

Memory and Storage

The memory included is 8 GB, which is stored over a DDR4 memory module offering a transfer rate of 3200 MT/s. On the other hand, this capacity can also be increased by configuring the system with a dual-channel memory setup.

The storage drive included is a PCIe NVMe M.2 solid-state drive packing with a capacity of 512 GB. Fitting the device in a professional environment like a business will often require more storage, which allows the user to upgrade the storage capacity

Fitten underneath is the 3-cell Lithium Ion Unit with a capacity of 41 Wh. Which according to HP is capable of delivering a battery life of up to 9 hours and 30 minutes. It also supports fast charging approximately over 50% in just 45 minutes.

Keyboard and Trackpad

The notebook is provided with a Full-size, backlit, natural silver keyboard with a numeric keypad, and located below is the fully clickable Imagepad with multi-touch gesture support.

Other Specs

The port situation is spread over 1 USB Type-C with a 5 Gbps signaling rate that further supports data transfer only and does not support charging or external monitors, 2 USB Type-As with a 5 Gbps signaling rate, 1 AC smart pin, 1 HDMI 1.4b; 1 headphone/microphone combo Jack, and a multi-format SD media card reader.

It also comes with a set of Dual stereo speakers and a True Vision 720p HD camera with integrated dual array digital microphones.

The wireless connectivity is assisted by the Realtek RTL8822CE 802.11a/b/g/n/ac (2×2) Wi-Fi and Bluetooth® 5 wireless card.
