Asus VivoBook 15 A1504VA Core i5 Laptop in Pakistan

Introducing another midrange device for the resume of Vivobooks, which targets business professionals, and students. It is now powered by the latest Intel’s 13^th Generation of Raptor Lake Processors, which allows the notebook to offer more performance while also being incredibly efficient. The Asus VivoBook 15 A1504VA combines the goodness of 13th-generation CPUs with Asus’ years of experience.

Design

The appearance of the device is kept very simple and minimalistic. The Cool Silver chassis is kept light and slim to enhance the mobility factor, while also sustaining the US MIL-STD 810H military-grade standard, for rigidity.

13^th Gen Core i5 Laptop

Chosen out of the 13^th Generation of Raptor Lake Processors is the Intel Core i5 1335u, which is a 10-core and 12-thread processor, that enables the system to perform efficiently in the domain of single-core, multi-core, and multithreaded applications. To perform well while consuming less power, they are distributed among 2 performance cores, and 8 efficiency cores. It is also provided with the level 3 Intel® Smart Cache of 12 MB.

The base clock frequency at which it is clocked is 1.3 GHz, which uses Intel’s Turbo Boost to overclock to a Max Turbo Frequency of 4.6 GHz. Meanwhile, the base and the max power consumption are around 15 and 55 watts respectively.

Vivobook 15 A1504VA integrates an Intel® Iris® Xe integrated Graphics which provides a Graphics Max Dynamic Frequency 1.25 GHz, that allows the device to handle all sorts of operations that require such potential, alongside high-quality output.

Memory and Storage

The Asus A1504VA is offered with DDR4 memory that is soldered onboard with a transfer rate of 3200 MT/s with a capacity of 12 GB. It also provides a single empty slot for another memory module, to achieve the maximum capacity of 16 GB.

The storage drive boasts a 512 GB PCIe® Gen 3.0 NVMe™ M.2 Solid State Drive, which is also swappable with a bigger one.

Display

The display fitted is a 15.6-inch IPS-level panel and is qualified for a resolution of Full HD 1920 x 1080 with a 16:9 aspect ratio. It comes with an LED backlit that refreshes at a rate of 60Hz. The screen is capable of achieving a maximum brightness of 250 nits while offering a 45% coverage of the NTSC space in the color gamut. It comes with an anti-glare feature offering an intelligent rejection of glares. On top of that, it is TÜV Rheinland-certified and offers a Screen-to-body ratio of 84%.

Keyboard and Trackpad

It has a full-size LED backlit chiclet-style keyboard, which offers a 1.4mm key travel while the fully clickable precision touchpad also supports multi-touch input.

Battery

The integrated battery is a 3-cell Lithium 3S1P Ion unit packing a capacity of 42 WHrs, and charges using the 45-Watt AC Adapter, which supports Output: 19V DC, 2.37A, 45W, with an Input of 100~240V AC 50/60Hz universally.

Other Specs

The setup includes a webcam that can record at a resolution of 720p HD and offers a privacy shutter as well. The audio system is tuned by SonicMaster and handles the Built-in speakers. The Built-in array microphone also supports Cortana voice recognition. The wireless channel sits on the Wi-Fi 6E 802.11ax Dual band 1*1, and Bluetooth® 5.3 Wireless Card.
